Where can i find a cooling pad for a laptop?

There are LOADS of cooling pads on the market, just search for one
which suits you. More and bigger fans is the way to go! Also watch for
where they take air from, where they blow it, and whether they suck or
blow air at the bottom your laptop. My laptop takes air from underneath
and exhausts from the back, so I want one which blows air up and takes
it from sides, thus it wont recycle warm exhaust air. The Athenatech aluminum cooling pad with 2 fans has great reviews and is durable. Works great.

What is the best flash to use with a Nikon D60 with a budget of $150?

You have basically 3 options:

SB-400 - not that much more powerful than the pop-up
SB-600 - a good overall performer, but you can't use it as a master for
CLS wireless multi-flash (and the pop-up can't be master either - you
need an SB-800 or SU-800 for that)
SB-800 - slightly more powerful than the SB-600 output-wise, able to be a CLS master. Look on page 165 of your D60 owners manual. It will tell you what the other compatible Nikon flash units are.
