Just use Winrar and extract it straight to the micro SD after you have downloaded it. Don't click on USA it takes too long. Don't click on Germany, it comes up in chinese. Click on Italy to download and voila. You're frustrations will be over my friend. I let out an almighty scream when that sucker booted up after 4 hours of downloading, deleting , re-trying. <br /> I started filling in the defective product section but couldn't be bothered taking photo's of the packaging or going to the shops to spend more money on replacement christmas presents. <br /> Hope this solves many problems.<br /> <br /> If that does not answer your question, please let me know.
