If you can afford it, the best system is the Bose home theater system. My grandparents have this hooked up with their HDTV and I swear it really is like you are in a movie theater. The sound quality is amazingly crisp and clear! Unfortunatly the price tag is pretty high! Buy .com has one selling for $1549.00 and free shipping.

If you are looking for a game system check out the V-tech V-smile. My son got his when he was 3 and he loves it. You can find it at Walmart for $39.97, games run about 19.99.

For board games, you can never go wrong with Candyland. My 4 year old and 2 year old love it. We all play together and it is a nice way to teach them patience, colors, and counting.

Memory is also a good game to get. There are all types of different ones, so you can try to get one with her favorite characters on it.

The Super Why board game is great. My two kids love it. It can help teach the reading basics.
