It has a comfort-fit headband and adjustable microphone that makes for a perfect fit for everyone. A belt clip is included for a totally hands-free conversation. You can even plug and unplug the headset with any unit without disturbing the connection, and most headsets won't allow that. The cost is $15 at Office Depot.
You can find good prices on laptops anywhere. It is a little hard to answer the questions because you didn't state what it is you are really looking to do with the laptop. Do you need one to just surf the net, get homework or minor paperwork done, and listen to music/movies? If that's the case then you need to look into something like a netbook. Prices range from $300-$500 for these little guys. They are great and work well for minor sort of work. If you need a real workhorse of a laptop with a large screen then you need to go for something like a Dell. If you are wanting gaming then Alienware. It really does all depend on what it is you want to do as all of these options meet quality standards.
