I have come across a variety of great reviews on Skechers shape up shoes. I love Sketchers sneakers but haven't try there shape up ones yet. The reviews are making me want to get a pair myself. I am listing below some reviews for you.

Review One: When these Skechers first came out, I was hesitant to get them, even though I only own Skechers athletic shoes and some of their slipper and Cali Gear styles. When these came up on Zappos, I had to try them because the price was right! I'm so glad I did! I feel a lot lighter on my feet, at the same time I feel my legs and bottom getting a workout. I was in a car accident and have had leg problems for 9 years & Skechers has never let me down. They seem to make your feet look smaller too. Now, I will be able to get more of a workou just taking a walk! And thanks Zappos, for your super fast shipping! I was shocked that they had upgraded my shipping so that I would get them even sooner! Zappos is my go to site for shoes and handbags! Thanks!

Review Two: These shoes are the best! I wish I had them a year ago! My back no longer hurts as well as my hip. I have to stand for hours at a time on the job, and these are truly a lifesaver! The first time you wear them is a different feeling, but they are easy to get used to. Feels almost like wearing no shoes at all! Extreme comfort. The size was perfect, and the look is great. I have gotten a lot of compliments on these shoes and have had them less than a week! They are well worth the investment. Thanks to Skechers and Zappos for a great experience!

What are some at home remedies to get rid of gnats!

The 1st thing to do to remove gnats is figuring out what is attracting them to your home. Gnats are also known as fruit flies they prey on rotting fruit or vegetables and potted plants.

Home rememdies would be more benficial for your home because you don't want any harsh chemical bug sprays lingering in the air you breathe. Besides you probably have everything you need in your home already. Spend your money on something else :)

A few would be filling the bottom of a shallow bowl with vinegar (works the best) sugary soda or fruit juice because gnats are attracted to the smell. Then cover the top with clear plastic wrap and poke small holes into the top. That way the gnats will be able to get in but not get out. Another trick is to mix a small amount of dish soap into the liquid so that when they go down to drink the soap will stick to their wings and also prevent them from getting out.

You can also mix rubbing alcohol and water into a spray bottle to clean an area where there may have been rotting fruits or vegetables. Or you can use the spray as an insecticide and spray wherever they may be. Much safer than using bug sprays and the scent it leaves behind.

And last, if you do have any potted plants that might be attracting these annoying little fellas you can cover the tops of the soil with an inch of sand and they should leave it alone.

I am sitting here with a backache as I type, so I know all about having a bad back.

My sister bought me a Kavu Sydney Satchel Purse online last year because she knew I was a purse freak, but hated carrying them because they hurt my back even more. I've been carrying it for about 6 months and have to say it is a lot more comfortable to carry than some purses. It is made of canvas, has an adjustable strap, a key clip and tons of pockets!
