I am huge on selling and buying on Ebay and this would be my first recommendation of where to buy used children's clothing in bulk. I have been so lucky as to have won lots of really nice baby clothes/children's clothing for .99 plus shipping. Although I always end up sending the seller a little extra money because I feel guilty for only paying so little!! You may also try local thrift shops or craigslist as well.
