I was shocked to see that the Zhu Zhu pets prices are now way up and they are currently only in stock on Ebay and Amazon. A few weeks ago when we were stressing for everyone to grab these little furry hot items they were on sale for $24.95 but that is not the case now. I'm sure as it gets closer to Xmas that the demand will continue to grow so you may need to order now if you want to guarantee finding one.
If you are looking for an amazing price on a netbook, you should look to some of the blck friday sales.
Kmart has a great sale going on for a Delstar Wireless Netbook for $119.99, but even if you arent into black friday, it does retail at $149.99

Delstar DS700 7 in. Ultra Portable Netbook

 Regularly $149.99...Black Friday Price: $119.99

 It has good specs:
Specifications:

 Samsung 533Mhz CPU

 Windows CE

 RAM: 128 MB

 2GB Solid State Drive

 7″ WVGA LCD Screen

Verizon has a great mini netbook for sale at $199.99 with a 2 year activation. It gives you built in internet. I do own one of these little netbooks, and it hasn't let me down yet, and i can have several screens open at once and still have good speed, including watching shows online. However, its only drawback is no cd/dvd drive. But if this featuer is not a deal breaker, its a great little computer.

You can get an Asus Netbook from http://www.ncix.com for 199.99. This is the price after a rebate, but it is a great price! With a 900MHzprocessor speed

Happy hunting!!
Asus - Eee PC Netbook with Intel® Celeron® Processor - Black

For some one that young I would definitely reccomend Virgin Mobile. For $10 a month you can get unlimited texting. THere is no contract you just buy the card when you want and add it to the phone.

virgin mobile is a great company. They have many great phones.

If your 10 yoru old is a huge texter i suggest the wild card for $79.99
THe wild card features a nice qwerty keyboard for the texters everywhere.

If your child isnt much of a texter i suggest the Flare. Available in 2 colors, pink and black, this phone features an mp3 player and a camera, and retails for. $24.99
I think you need to make a list of what features are most important to you before deciding on which mini PC is the best for you. Do you want it mostly for internet use, or do you do a lot of typing and word processing? Is this something you will use for gaming or music? These things make a big difference in which pc is best for YOU!

If you do a lot of typing, I would look into the HP mini. Let me explain why. If you compare a lot of the mini PCs, many of them have a very little or short shift key. This isn't a big deal if you don't use it alot, but if you do, you may end up spending a lot of time making corrections because you tend to hit the Page Up Key instead of the shift Key. It's little things like that can make a computer a blessing or a pain. The HP mini has a larger shift key that is more likely to be a comfortable fit for someone who types a lot.

Outside of that little tid bit, I tend to prefer Acer computers. They are high quality, long lasting systems that usually cost less than the competition.
