That answer would depend on where you live.  The Primrose Giant flowers are hardy in zones 5-9, so they will grow well in most areas of the USA.  But if you live in the northern most portions of the country, they might not be your best choice.

These flowers offer great color in border gardens, and do well in part shade which makes them a good choice to brighten up a shady area of your garden.  They are Spring flowering plants, so their bloom season is nearly finished (or already complete) for this growing season.  But they are perennials, so they will bloom on an annual basis.

I live in zone 6, and have multiple shade gardens.  Hydrangeas are my favorite perennial and work well in part shade.  Daylillys and Black Eyed Susans are perennials that love full sun and look beautiful when planted in mass quantities. Hostas do well in full shade areas.  Annuals offer a long blooming season full of color - look for impatiens in the shade and geraniums for the sunny spots.
