This dress is one that is sold exclusively at Alloy. There is some other really cute dresses that you might like.
Venus has a very cute one that come is a gorgous blue or black. The length of the dress is 17" from the waist. It is 62% Poly, 33% rayon, 5% spandex.
Another cute one is from Singer22. Sequined body-conscious mini dress featuring elbow-length sleeves and cutout at back. Measures approximately 34" from shoulder to hem. SINGER22 model is 5'8" tall and wearing a size XS. 100% Polyester, Lining: 88% Polyester, 12% Elastane.
Sorry this is not the exact one but hope that you like one of these.
