I believe you are looking for the Garmin Nuvi 205W. This has a great 4.3" screen and will an awesome Black Friday deal. Best Buy hands down has the best price for you. They will be having it on sale for $99, it is regularly $199, so this is a fabulous deal for Black Friday.
If you don't mind a smaller screen you get the Garmin Nuvi 205 at Sears on Black Friday $89.99, but I definitel think the 205W at Best Buy is the deal to beat!!
