Best Buy seems to be just that for your Black Friday needs! They are offering exactly what you are looking for priced at only $159.97 total. Right now they are offering the iPod alone for $139.99.
If perchance you don't live near a Best Buy, then I'd go with Target. They are offering the black 8GB iPod 5th Generation with a free $15.00 gift card (that you could probably use for the case) priced at $124.99 and up. They are currently offering the iPod for $139.27 new or $124.99 refurbished.
