I would say http://www.tigerdirect.com because they have 2 good laptops at reasonable prices. That's if you are into refurbished brands and want to save some money.
And here's another buy from tigerdirect:
This is what I recommend but if you don't prefer reburbished, Walmart has the best deals.

The price might attract me on Circuit City for the EMachine but the hard drive and speed aren't overly impressive. I personally would buy the dual core processor laptop on Best Buy for the RAM alone. It boasts:
