Which of the food network Stars' cookbooks are the best?

I think Rachel Ray and Paula Deen are good though sometimes I think there recipes are a little fattening.  Sometimes it's hard to decide which one to get because they look so good.  So in my research I came across a Food Network Cookbook that is a compilation of your favourite cooks. 
The book is called Food Network Favorites: Recipes from Our All-Star Chefs.  Sometimes it's hard to pick out one cookbook with so many great chefs.  This book has over 120 favorite recipes from different chefs such as Rachel Ray, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Paula Deen, Wolfgang Puck and others.  It has great recipes with reliable cooking tips and easy to understand instructions.  There's also behind the scene chit chat with the world's greatest chefs about their passion for food and their favorite ingredients and secret vices. 

Also in my research to find you a good cookbook I came across a Food Network chef named Ellie Krieger.  She has 3 books on Amazon all with good ratings.  The book below has 204 ratings with most of them being 4.5 stars.  I'm interested in this cookbook because Ellie has found a way to turn those comfort foods into healthy nutritious meals without the guilt.  She does this by using lots of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats such as olive oil, whole wheat flours and non fat yogurts etc.
