I use one by Microsoft that you can buy at Target. It works great and is easily portable!

I've tried several laptop cooling pads over the years, and so far my favorite was the Targus Laptop Chill Pad. It's USB powered, and has two fans. I've found with some others, the plastic covering over the fan pushes in and stops up the fan too easily!
