I have a few places, but one of my favorites is EB Games, they have a large selection. I also like http://www.half.com, I have sold games on there also. They are a division of ebay. The last one I have is Gamestop, I have shopped in Gamestop online and in the stores, you can also buy used systems.

I have bought many used games from Game Boy to DS and WII games used from them. They have a wide variety and some great deals if you look for them. I usually go in the store but you can also order them online. I also find that Amazon.com has great prices on used video games.
