If you are looking for the older models of t-mobile phones, E-Bay and Amazon is one the best places that I have found. One there you can get a great deal depending upon the auction. If you are looking for one of the newer models, they are still kind of expensive running on E-Bay for around $75.00.
Another good place to check is on Craigslist. I have seen many different cell phones for sale there.
