Buzz Lightyear is so cool! I definitely recommend the Buzz Lightyear Action Figure by Thinkway Toys. It's 12 inches tall, has the certificate you are looking for, and has many features. Of course I recommend this one since it is at the Disney Store site. Here are some of them:
