Hello! Something I have always used and absolutely love is MAC pigments (you can also get different colored glitter!) MAC is usually expensive, but on eBay tons of people sell little caps of different colors for a reasonable price. You can generally get about 6 different colors/glitters for less than $20! And the best part is that it may seem like you are getting only a little bit of each color, but a very tiny bit goes a LONG way. I STILL have all the caps I've purchased from years ago, half filled with pigments!! They're awesome!

They have the I Sparkle eyeshadow collection, which gives off a hint of shimmer in a vareity of different colors. You can choose Solar Eclipse , Galatic Realm, and  Star Clusters. They also have this in eyeliner through the I Shimmer Collection as well in colors such as Night Lights ( Black), Star Lights ( Silver) and Sky Lights ( Teal) . These sell for around $2.00-$3.00.

Medusa  also has a variety of different looks for every taste. They carry makeup that specializes in glitter. Their eyeshadows are $6.00 and come in 48 different colors. Although this may not be in your price range, their eye dust comes in a 1.5 ounce contaniner that will last you for a long time!
