There are a few places online to find stands for yard sale signs. The price varies some depending on how many you wish to buy. Yard Sale Supplies has a simple stand for $1.95 along with yard sale signs that fit perfect into the stand.

Build A Sign also has a stand that is a little different. You sign slides down into the stand so it would be compatible with even homemade yard sale sign. The price is $2.49 for one stand.
