I would suggest going to a local bridal shop just to try them on  and see which style looks best on you.  Then once you find what you want there are a ton of websites to find the best deal and order it yourself. Here are a few that I found with good prices.

There are so many places you can find very cute wedding dresses without breaking the bank even.  One place to start is the discount rakes at all your bridal stores.  I have seen dresses that were originally a thousand dollar dress marked down to 300.00 or so.  I say find a nice but less expensive dress and save your cash for a fun trip after the wedding.  You only wear the dress a few hours but the trip can last a week! :) 

Without knowing what your taste is in dresses I am going to pick a few that I love.  One I think is very pretty is this A-line bridal gown.  This would be a very pretty one if you are on a strict budget.  This is a dipped strapless satin wedding dress with heavily beaded and embroidery on the bodice. The natural waistline accents with crown wedding embroidery as well as the hemline. the train at the rear form double inverted pleated skirt and accents with brooch. Definitely a very pretty dress and cheap.

Another one I love is from David Bridal store.  They have dresses that range from thousands of dollars down to 100's so you can find one to fit your need.  A very pretty dress that I like is the Taffeta Pick-Up Gown with Beaded Embellishment.  This dress is very flattering in about any size person and very elogante.

There are a ton of options for getting a wedding dress.  If you are looking for something different, and more simple.  JCrew has wedding gowns that are very beautiful and chic and a variety of prices.  However the locations that actually have the collection to try on are limited.
