Dog houses are pretty expensive, as I am sure you know. There was only two hat was in your price range. It is probably not very stable but it will do for now. Something is better than nothing.
Your other choice is to look on Craigslist for a gently used one.
You can also post on Craigslist to hire someone to build one. If you supply the supplies as what labor would be.
