Where can I find a cute affordable dress that is not strapless and is knee length or longer?

When I get the chance to shop for a dress, I always want to find something cute and affordable.  I prefer dresses with straps and knee length or longer too. I am not sure if you want something colorful or basic or something fancy so, I included a few different ones.

Kohl's has a really great selection of dresses at a good price. They have very pretty floral dresses for about $30.00. They have spaghetti straps and have a black lace overlay. They also have great plain dresses that are still fashionable in basic black.

JCPenney has a great selection of dresses to, from basic to bold they have a bunch of great styles at good prices.

Other stores to check out are Body Central, Target, Burlington, and Fashion Bug.
