http://www.walmart.com has big sponge rollers! They give volume and lift and create big curls. Comfortable to sleep in. Extra large sponge foam rollers provide volume and lift instead of tight curls.  Foam rollers are very easy to use on damp or dry hair, with or without styling solution, and are comfortable to sleep in. I love the big rollers too they give me great lift and bounce to my hair. Oh and just another note-local dollar stores sometimes have them as well!

You should be able to find spongy hair rollers at your nearest beauty supply or drugstore.  Beauty supply stores are like Sally's Beauty Supply, which is a chain.  There are likely plenty of local beauty supply stores, though!  I'd recommend checking out local listings via http://yelp.com. Most drugstores also carry them, like Longs, Rite Aid, Eckerds, CVS, etc.  They should be in the hair care aisle -- likely on a bottom shelf!
