Hi there. Thank you for contacting Imshopping. If you want more quality photos I would upgrade to a DSLR camera but having said that the Point and Shoot type are so convenient. I also want to say that the digital camera industry is constantly changing and the line between DSLR and Point and Shoot is slowly being blurred. Out of all the DSLR cameras I've read a lot how good Nikon is.
