What's the best portable music player that has an iPhone/iPod dock? I want to have one that I can take to the beach, camping, picnics, etc.

I can understand the need to have something more portable for sharing and enjoying your music! I think the best buy for you may be the 5 star rated Logitech Pure Fi Anywhere 2 Speakers for Apple iPod and iPhone. This is only $142.49 at Best Buy and you can take this with you anywhere because it runs off of an adapter or 10 hour rechargeable batteries! Check this one out in the products section!
Other great systems include: The Altec Lansing Max Portable Stereo, the JBL On Stage Micro Portable Speaker Dock for iPod and the Sony Dock Speaker System for iPod and iPhone.
One of these models will work well for you!
