I love Pilates, what a great workout. I have taken a course in it myself. When I went I needed a mat and the balls were supplied, as long as a few other items. You may want to check with the instructor to be sure. I will include some of my favorite mats. These are all Eco Friendly, and the Natural Fitness ones actually contribute to a planting a tree fund, how great is that! Also, make sure you have a great pair of work out pants. Have a great time exercising.
