I only know of one good site for these and that is Delasco which is online. These specially designed Pressure Earrings feature two pressure plates attached to a self-adjusting clasp which exert a comfortable, even pressure on both sides of the ear lobe.
The pressure plates are approximately 5/8" in diameter (a little smaller than the size of a dime). The decorative part of the earrings (on all but PE-11/P and PE-12/P) are larger than the underlying pressure plates. Each style varies in size, but most are close to the size of a quarter.
