Honestly, WoW is not a game that requires a super decent video card since WoW graphics, as far as I'm aware, aren't meant to be really graphically demanding. That way they can have a larger user base that can be able to play the game. It also ties in with the look of Warcraft 3 fairly well too, as in being cartoony.
This Fujitsu Lifebook Notebook is available at Newegg and it has the ati radeon 3000 series card in it, which CAN run WoW. It's $499 and is 11.6" with 2gb of ram and 320gb hard drive.
