I recommend the Bamboo Cat Nail Clipper.
These are great. Much higher quality than previous clippers I was using. Made from stainless steel but they have a comfortable grip also. Very conveniently put together, though I haven't needed the powder because clippers are so much easier to control. Highly recommend.
