What is the most effective weight loss product? A particular workout video, workout machine, or diet capsules?

As far as videos, you will get the most calories lost, by 3 highly recommended video series:
Any TaeBo vidoes by Billy Blanks - if you want work up a great sweat, this will work!
Crunch! series videos - They have a wide range of videos to mix up so you don't get bored, from dance to boxing, to aerobics, and much more. The variety is awesome.
The Firm series - These are moms, working women, who put you to the test by alternating effective workouts with weight training, for maximum toning. You won't get bored and they are always setting the bar, so you don't feel iike it's 'too easy'.
As far as diet capsules, do a capsule test. Take lukewarm tap water, and place the pill(s) you like in there for an hour. Check to see if they dissolve. This will help you determine if it's worth spending the money.
