The best rated and most affordabe air cooler I found was the Supentown Air Cooler Fan. They range from $70 (http://www.Aquasuperstore.com) to $237.
The Fujitronic Air Cooler comes in a close second in terms of reviews and prices. http://www.airconditioner.com has the airl cooler for about $110.
