CT T.W. Is an abbreviation of carat total weight. If you get a ring that says it is a 1/10 ct tw that just means that you are getting a tenth of a carat of diamond in that ring. Small fractions yes but it is still pretty valuable and appealing to the eye.

It stands for 1/10 of a carat, total weight. So the total weight of all of the diamonds is 1/10 of a carat.
