What are the reviews on the Shark Navigator? Any specials on it?

I purchased the navigator in May. I used it for 2 months and it broke. I was told it needed a new power nozzle. Their customer service told me it would cost almost $100.00  What happened to the 5 year warrenty? I refused and complained. Now they are sending me one free of charge. That was the end of June. One month later I still have not received my new part. It is on back order. I wished to speak to a supervisor. No one was there to talk to. These people do not even speak English you can understand.
If the main part of this vacuum is on back order...it makes me think this is not such a good product!! Stay Away from this vacuum!!! Wished I had bought a Dyson!

The Shark Navigator vacuum has great reviews. It is a powerful vacuum without the extra weight, making it easy to move around the house when you are cleaning. Shark also provide a lifetime warrenty on the belt, so if it breaks they will replace it.

If you have pets it is also a great vacuum because one of the tools it comes with is a pet hair brush. It also has good reviews for how maneuverable it is. It has rubber wheels, which makes is safe to use on wood floors and comes with a washable HEPA filter.

It uses similar Dyson never lose suction technology and it works great and is very good at deep cleaning carperts according to reviews.

Walmart has the best price on it that I could find for $159.88

Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon also sell it, but their prices are more expensive at $199.99, but Amazon will ship it for free.
