I have found a few options in adult fairy costumes for between $23-$35. The first I found is on Amazon and includes a light green scallop dress, wand and transparent wings. It puts me in the mind of Tinkerbelle.
Another I found is at costumeexpress. It is pink and frilly. It also is a dress which comes with wings. It is very frilly and feminine.
If you are going for a less girly feel, costumehub has a black midnight fairy costume which has a a crushed black velvet dress, belt, iridescent sparkle apron, shimmery shoulder pieces, sparkle wings with velvet elastic straps and matching wand. Hope you have fun finding a fairy costume!
