Logitech makes some of the most high-quality computer accessories, including webcams. Though there are around $100, I'd suggest either the Logitech QuickCam Orbit AF Auto Focus System or Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000. Both of these cameras have great HD quality videos. The Orbit Focus System has motorized tracking that makes sure you are always in the center of the video. The Pro 9000 has a great auto-focus feature to keep your image clear at all times.
