A great place to check is B&H. They have some excellent deals plus quite a variety in different price ranges. My favorite webcam at the lower end of the price range is the Creative Labs Live! Cam Video IM USB Webcam. It's a cool color plus I've had good luck with the Creative Labs Live! products.
