We are cutting back on some costs and trying to do more at home. We were looking to the topsy turvy tomato growing system. Walmart currently as this for $10 (just type in topsy turvy and it comes up). It doesn't say if that comes with anything other than the hanger. Can someone let me know what this one comes with? Maybe even a few options for upside down tomato and other gardening that come in at $10 or under would be great. I know we need the planter, soil, tomato seeds or plant, and hanger so if this one doesn't do it and you know a DIY that will please let me know but please list each item and how much the total would be roughly since we are on a budget.
