Reviews are great for v-tech cordless phones! The ratings really good as well, 4 out of 5 stars! The major issue people are talking about is that many interfere if you have ther Verizon DSL, their DSL boxes and some of the V-Tech phones are the same frequency, therefore everytime the phone rings, it kicks you off og the internet! Other than that issue, it is an excellant phone!
