I was able to find two sets of the Van Shoes with Fairy Image on them. These are on eBay. I was also able to find some artwork done by fans who painted their shoes. These are really neat and you could do it too. It's something else to look into. These are pink. They are in classic form. I wish I could find more information for you. I hope this helps you in your search.
