http://www.Plemix.com is one of the better sites to find unlocked Japanese phones. Keep in mind that when purchasing unlocked overseas phones you may run into a compatability issue. You need to contact your local wireless provider to ensure that the phone will in fact work on their network as some do not. Negri Electronics also carries unlocked cell phones as does http://www.JList.com
