From Vancouver the best place to go is online. You can get shipping in as little as one day (but you'd have to pay more) or if you've got the time go for regular shipping. For that you can find the price of DSTT Flash cards for less than $20USD. OR you can get the whole sh-bang (TT Card, R4 AND! MicroDS Card Package for $66 (6GB) or $76 (16GB- the better value!). The last two definitely ship to Canada and even show the price in Canadian monies. You'd do well to go for either of these and save money rather than buying them separately AND you get more space for your buck.
