You can't go wrong with either! They make them so much nicer now! Removable shelves for easier storage! Personally I like the uprights so don't have to bend over and find things! Each one is great for buying frozen meats & veggies on sale!
In terms of sites that provide the most consumer feedback, http://www.Sears.com leads the pack, but most of the reviews are of the store's Kenmore brand. http://www.Amazon.com, http://www.HomeDepot.com, http://www.Buzzillions.com and Epinions also post user reviews on appliances! Always a good thing to check before deciding on a particular brand! ; )
