Hello, you can buy TracFones from lots of places. I've seen them and similar phones from other carrier in stores rangning from Wal-Mart to Big Lots. A good way to get started with a prepaid carrier to buy one of their bundles like the one Wal-Mart has for the TracFone Motorola W260-4. This phone comes with "Double Minutes for Life," which is basically a fancy way of saying you will get all your minutes for half price for the life of the phone. TracFone has recently started a seperate brand called Straight Talk which offers cheap monthly plans without a contract.
