Cowboy boots are super cute! I get my little girl cowgirl boots off of ebay at great prices. I found some boy boots in brown for $18.99.  I also found a great pair of black ones at http://www.shoebuy.com for 39.95 with free shipping. I wasn't sure if you wanted a more dressy or casual pair so I included both in the product list.
