The pharmacies only have medical thermometers which doesnt work on liquids(im going to be heating and cooling them so i need a wide range). the only other kind of thermometers i found were meat thermometers...where can i get just REGULAR thermometers?????

With the new wave of digital electronics it's hard to find the types of thermometers you are referring to but you are in luck.  I found a website that has thermometers specifically for science experiments that you can use for heating and cooling liquids.  This should help you find exactly what you need.  Good luck and thanks for contacting IMshopping.

Do you happen to mean like a candy thermometer?  They are designed to do temps of liquids, the heating and cooling! They do go up to a VERY high temperature as well!  There is also what is called a "heavy duty" thermometer which on Amazon iis sold for $23.88!
