Difficult request but I have a few ideas as I make candles. This happywhiskers has a strawberry mint candle. http://www.happywhiskers.com.
My other suggestion is to buy individual tarts and/or oils in strawberry and mint scents and mix them yourself. I've provided links for burners as well.
