Where can i find a stacking washer/dryer set that won't take up a lot of room but still washes full sized loads?

Sears has a number of stackable washer/dryers. They come in 24" which is a little smaller than the normal washer, and also in 27" which is the same size as a regular washing machine. They also carry a model by Whirlpool called the Thin Twin that is designed to fit into smal spaces, yet still provides a full size capacity. You also have the choice of gas or electric depending on your needs.

Have you ever considered the combo machines that both wash and dry in same machine. LG makes a very nice full size capacity combo.

Home Depot has some great options from the affordable GE stackables to the Super Capacity Maytags. They have gas/electric options and some items come with free shipping when you order online. You can also purchase in store. Either way they offer a great credit option as well offering 12 months no interest on these purchases.

The best rated stacked washer and dryer is by GE. It is a full Size SteamWasher and dryer with Allergiene. It has 9 Wash & 5 Dry Programs, a Spin Speed of 1320 RPMs and Allergiene Cycle Pros:
*Ventless system that is a great set up for apartment dwellers.
*Many wash cycles and water temp options that really clean clothes.
*Energy efficient... we haven't noticed a difference on our electric or water bill as of yet. Keep in mind we are washing in cold water.
*Convenience of just drying without washing if necessary. Just select DRY after turning the machine on and select time desired.
*Being able to PAUSE any time during the cycle to either, add, remove, relocate or just check on your items.
*Allergiene and Steam cycles remove allergens for those that have asthma sufferers or any allergies.
CONS:
*Extra Large capacity drum does wonderfully washing but will have to be cut in half for drying.
