I love v-neck tops. They are a great choice for work. Not too dressy but just perfect and they are comfortable to wear.
Target has a very nice selection on v-neck shirts for affordable prices and even on sale. Since I don't know what size you are looking for I have listed a few options for you below.
May I recommend either v-neck top below. These are very comfortable and affordable. I own these tops myself they look good with a nice pair of pants and are perfect to wear for work.

http://www.Walmart.com has a very good selection of inexpensive basic tees. They have both long and short sleeved tees in basic colors by Faded Glory. Some on these appear to be online only so you should double check before visiting your local store. I pulled every color that they had from the website so you could see the full collection.
