Most better quality digital cameras these days come with video capabilities, and you can do replay usually at several speeds. It just all depends on the quality you want to shoot and how much you want to spend.
I take photographs professionally, and I love anything in the Canon and Nikon lines. The Nikon D90 camera below is a 12.3 MP choice with a D-Movie Shooting Function and EXPEED Image Processing. It will shoot any still or motion you need, and your photos will be beautiful. You can also have the control over your photography that you don't get with a point and shoot.
If control isn't important, the Canon is also a fine choice. It takes good video, including slow motion, and fits in your pocket!
