I couldn't find the exact one that Forever 21 has. I did find some tank tops though that do have a patchwork neckline and then some that have an emellished neckline. The first are from 6 PM. This shirt comes in three different colors. It would be the closest to the one you want. The second would be from Target. Target has many of these and they are all on sale right now. The last came from GoJane. This store too has many tank tops. I am sorry i couldn't find the exact one for you. I hope you do like the ones I have found though. Thank you very much for your question.
